Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
Earned is a one-to-one accountability coaching service. Earned is a trading name of KJK Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 53 644 718 785), referred to here as "Earned", "we", "us" or "our". These terms apply to our website, our application process and our coaching. If you become a client, you’ll also sign a client agreement. If anything in the client agreement differs from these terms, the client agreement applies.
1. Who Earned is for
- Earned is for adults aged 18 and over.
- Places are by application only. Applying doesn’t guarantee a place, and we may decline any application without giving a reason.
2. What Earned is, and isn’t
Earned is accountability coaching for the habits, routines and patterns that support your wellbeing. It includes a Deep Dive Week, a Discovery Call, two live calls a week, midweek check-ins, a nightly scorecard, a private weekly report, reviews at weeks 4, 8 and 12, and movement habits matched to you and built into your Standard.
Earned is not medical, health, fitness, psychological, dietetic or physiotherapy advice or treatment, and it isn’t personal training. It doesn’t replace advice from your doctor or another health professional. We don’t diagnose or treat any condition, and we don’t write training programs, meal plans, calorie targets or macro splits. If you need tailored nutrition advice, we’ll suggest an Accredited Practising Dietitian.
3. Your health and wellbeing
- Earned is accountability coaching, not medical, health or fitness advice.
- If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or aren’t sure whether a change is right for you, check with your GP before you make it.
- The changes you make to your habits, including how you move, eat, drink and sleep, are your choice. Go at a pace that’s right for you.
- The fitness test is simple and done at your own pace. Stop if anything hurts or doesn’t feel right.
- If you have new pain, an injury or a change in your health, stop, see your GP, and let us know.
4. Price and payment
- Earned costs $2,000 a month, including GST.
- Payments are billed monthly in advance, starting before your Deep Dive Week, and continue automatically each month until your coaching ends under these terms.
- Payment is by card only, through our payment provider.
- Your coaching doesn’t start until your first payment has cleared.
- If a later payment fails, we’ll tell you straight away and send you a secure link to update your card. If it’s still unpaid the next day, your calls and scorecard reminders pause until it’s paid, and they restart automatically once it is.
- We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change. Price changes never apply during your first three months.
5. Minimum term, notice and finishing
- The first three months (12 weeks, plus your Deep Dive Week) are a minimum commitment.
- After that, coaching continues month to month, and you can stop any time with 30 days’ notice.
- If you want to finish at the end of your first three months, tell us at or before your Week 8 review. That gives the 30 days’ notice, and your last payment is your third month.
- Give notice in writing, using the notice form we send you, or by email or WhatsApp message.
- We don’t pro-rate. Your last payment is the one that falls inside your 30-day notice period, and your coaching continues until the end of the period that payment covers.
- We may end your coaching with 30 days’ notice, or straight away if you’re abusive, put anyone’s safety at risk, or seriously breach these terms. If we end it without a reason that’s your fault, we’ll refund any amount you’ve paid for coaching you won’t receive.
6. Refunds
- If you change your mind after paying but before your Deep Dive Week starts, we’ll refund your payment, less any costs we’ve already incurred.
- We don’t give refunds for a change of mind once your Deep Dive Week has started.
- Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our service doesn’t meet the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy, which can include a refund.
7. Calls, pausing and messages
- Calls: your two weekly call times are agreed at your Discovery Call. You can move a call once with at least 24 hours’ notice. With less notice, or if you don’t attend, that call is lost.
- Pausing: you can pause once for up to two weeks in each three months, for illness or travel, agreed in advance. Billing pauses too: your payments and minimum term move by the length of the pause. This is separate from a payment pause (see section 4).
- Messages: we reply on weekdays during business hours, usually the same day. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next business day. Earned isn’t an emergency service.
8. Your part
Accountability is the work. Results depend on what you do, so we can’t guarantee any particular result, including health or wellbeing outcomes. You agree to:
- give us honest, accurate information;
- complete your nightly scorecard and turn up to your calls;
- tell us when something changes in your health or circumstances.
9. Mental health and wellbeing
Coaching isn’t counselling or therapy. If something comes up that needs more support than coaching can give, we’ll tell you and help you find the right professional, and we may pause coaching while you get that support. If you’re in crisis, call Lifeline on 13 11 14. In an emergency, call 000.
10. Privacy
We collect and handle your personal and health information as set out in our Privacy Policy. We’ll never share your photos, results or story publicly without your written consent.
11. Our materials
Your weekly reports, welcome pack and other materials are for your personal use while you’re a client. Please don’t copy, share or sell them. Your own information remains yours.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for injury or loss that results from you not following these terms, your GP’s advice or our safety instructions. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it’s limited to supplying the service again or refunding the amount you paid for the affected service.
13. Our website
Information on our website is general and isn’t health advice for your situation. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on our website. Changes that affect existing clients will be given with at least 30 days’ notice.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of Western Australia.
